Under normal circumstances, we aim to ship all orders within 5 working days and often a lot quicker. However, in light of the uncertain times we are all currently facing with both the COVID-19 pandemic and the UK leaving the European Union, it is likely there will be delays - particularly with orders being shipped outside the UK.
If there are delays expected in shipping, or if an artwork requires professional packing (including crating), we will get in contact with you shortly after you have placed an order and let you know the estimated timings for delivery.
For orders placed through the website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details, once your order has been dispatched. We typically use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL for UK and Worldwide shipping. For artwork that requires crating (if it is framed for example) we will typically use a specialist art logistics company.
If your order is suspicious in nature or flagged as high risk for fraud, under our Terms of Business we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will notify you if this is the case and discuss alternative payment options.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your order - under our Terms of Business you have a responsibility to let us know immediately if the shipping address you have provided is not accurate.
All buyers are deemed to have reviewed our Terms of Business, which sets out your rights and responsibilities, prior to placing an order. If you have any questions please contact us at info@appreciateart.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, we are currently unable to process orders to Brazil.
